We are looking for an organised, efficient Sales Support Internship to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales cativities in gaining and keeping customers.You will be a part of an energetic, cohesive and fun team with a strong performance culture and people-orientation within a respectful work environment
Responsibilities:
- Research and mapping new business opportunities
- Support account manager by onboarding and training new partners
- Resolve customer complaints by determining the root cause, providing appropriate solutions/alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree of Marketing or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Fluent in English
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
2. Social Media Engagement
- 3 months, Jakarta

Enhance division’s social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with community members through multiple social media platforms
- PIC for questions about GrabExpress products, services, and events
- Publish and share daily social media content and encourage community members to take actions
- Keep records of community members interactions & compile reports on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree of Journalism, Marketing or equivalent. Fresh graduate are welcome
- Experiences in dealing with customer through online platform
- Fluent in English
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
