- Controlling the inventory of products
- Regulate the distribution of products
- Ordering products to company vendors according to inventory needs
- Evaluate the sales success and the vendors performance
- Recommend promotional activities for the products to increase the sales contribution
2. Sr. Buyer
- Search and recommend products (including the supply vendor)
- Negotiate with vendor about the cost and service level agreement
- Recommend the product selling price according to the procurement cost, market conditions and profit target
- Controlling inventory products
- Evaluating the sales success and product vendors performance
3. Category Management Analyst
- Categorizing the products in department
- Composing product’s pareto from the department in each store
- Providing product assortment analysis data from the department in each store
- Providing design analysis planogram from the department
- Calculate minimum and maximum stock value from every product in each store
4. Category Merchandising Operation Officer
- Providing data of store area allocation for each department (including the location)
- Providing data of customer characteristics in each store
- Coordinating and composing planogram from the department in each store
- Socializing the planogram and the obligation related with merchandising management in each store
- Directly checking the product according to the planogram
