1. Junior Mekanik

Job Responsibilities :

To carry out operational activities and assist the maintenance to repair pump unit.

1. Perform P2H at the beginning and end of shift. In order to make a report
2. Perform pump operation
3. Assist the mechanic to service/repair the unit
4. Maintain cleanliness of the unit, safety equipment, and work area
5. Implement a good K3 procedure at work

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Vocational High School (SMK), preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 1 years experience as Operator, preferably Pump Operator
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

2. Maintenance Engineering Section Head

Job Responsibilities :Coordinate every section of maintenance to ensure the maintenance activities are based on a defined company plan to achieve the company’s objective.

1. Review yearly budget and plan for the Engineering section of maintenance activities effectively to achieve the company’s target to get high availability and safe working implementation.
2. Lead and control Engineering section activities according to the maintenance management system that has been set and in accordance with the aspects of compliance, safety, environmental health, and quality, and productivity.
3. Make a comprehensive, effective, and efficient budget for the Engineering Maintenance section  to ensure the maintenance plan is well implemented
4. Analyze the inspection and testing results on the mechanical/electrical / I&C system and define the corrective steps for the maintenance of equipment.
5. Make sure preventative maintenance in a timely manner is conducted according to the Equipment standard in order to ensure the equipment performance is related to the maintenance plan.
6. Make Power Plant trouble report to make sure the trouble can be handled properly by each maintenance section in order to support the continuity of Power Plant Operation
7. Evaluate the Engineering Maintenance activity such as planning, work method, work equipment, personnel, material/ spare part, overtime as well as the cost to increase the achievement of work effectivity and efficiency.
8. Organize and control engineering maintenance activities such as outage planning, engineering, and stewardship of plant facilities and develop cost-effective programs and maintain a budget to maximize the safe, efficient, and economical Power Plant operation.
9. Carry out the QHSE system policy in maintenance activities to support the achievement of company goals and objectives.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as Maintenance Senior Engineer position in power plant industry
3. Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operation will be advantage.
4. Good communication skill, leadership and managerial skill in supervisory level
5. Good command in English both verbal and written
6. Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan

3. Qhse Department Head

Job Responsibilities :Ensuring the availability of the System, Implementation, and Validation of CSMS on board and SMMK3LH throughout the scope of work. Regulate the implementation of internal-external audits and ensure compliance with K3LH regulations. Monitor and evaluate the safety of the work environment and ships.

Job Requirements :

1. Min. education ANT / ATT II or S1 Marine & Non-Marine (Naval Engineering).
2. Have skills related to Vessel handling DG Type; Hull & Machinery; Fire Combat, Oil Pollution Combat, and Marine Inspector and K3LH Auditor.
3. Have BST, AK3 General, ISM Code, K3LH, ISO 9001, Amdal, Lifting & Rigging, Risk Management, AFF (advance fire fighting), AOT (advanced oil tanker) certificates.
4. Willing to work in South Kalimantan.

4. Port Captain

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise and monitor all barging operational activities, analyze and determine improvement steps related to operational activities, coordinate with related parties in the domestic and export shipment processes.

Job Requirements :

1. Min education ANT II.
2. Experience as a master or port captain for min 1 year and / or working in a tanker / bulk carrier.
3. Understand computer programs and basic marine practice.
4. Willing to work on shore in South Kalimantan.

5. Hse Officer

Job Responsibilities :

Monitor HSE aspects, assess risks, and compile strategic designs to reduce potential hazards and environmental aspects in the work environment

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/D4) in Safety or Engineering
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or related position in shipyards or other similar industries
3. Understanding about K3 (can be supported by certificate)
4. Inspect activities and company or contractor’s equipment’s
5. Able to provide training/competency development in the HSE field for employees & company contractors
6. Hazard identification & risk assessment
7. Able to participate in the incident investigation to determine root cause & remedial action
8. Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan

6. Group Leader – Production

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise and lead a group of Operators on the field to work in the safest, efficient, and effective way in order to achieve production targets.

Job Requirements :

1. Senior High School / Diploma degree in Mining / Civil
2. 1 year of experience as a Group Leader in open pit coal mining/ hauling / road maintenance area
3. Have a POP License
4. Physically and mentally fit
5. Willing to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area)

7. Mechanic – Heavy Equipment

Job Responsibilities :

Ensuring the implementation of service, troubleshooting or repair activities according to quality standards in order to achieve the target unit availability set on the site.

Job Requirements :

1. Min education STM / SMK majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or SMA IPA
2. Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of heavy equipment service and maintenance
3. Have a Basic Mechanic Course certification
4. Willing to work in the project area (Kalimantan Area)
