Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator is an essential cog within the Recruitment wheel at Gojek, taking care of our candidates and being the bridge between them and our internal stakeholders. Ensuring exceptional candidate experience is our top priority. In this role, you’ll effectively shorten the overall time from the first conversation to the completion of the recruitment process. You’ll do this by managing the selection process schedule in its entirety on a daily basis, ensuring the rapid progression of recruitment stages, and periodically analyzing data to identify what’s working and what isn’t to contribute to process improvement. You’ll have ample opportunity to flex and hone your stellar interpersonal communication abilities, collaborate with people from a wide range of backgrounds and interests, and represent one of the most coveted brands in Southeast Asia.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with business leaders and recruiters to understand their staffing requirements and specific job objectives
  • Effectively communicate relevant information about the company and job expectations with candidates
  • Manage the ATS and keep it up to date
  • Coordinate and maintain calendar invites for Zoom, T-con and, and on-site interviews
  • Follow up with candidates on assignment submissions, and set up calls with panel interviewers whenever necessary
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and sourcing trends
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

What You Will Need

  • At least 1 year of work experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, or similar experience
  • Excellent communication skills in order to deal with candidates and internal stakeholders of varying personalities, concerns, and requirements
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within tight deadlines
  • Good understanding about various tech stacks
  • Familiarity with an applicant tracking systems / candidate management systems will be ideal
  • Familiarity with social media hiring
  • Good sourcing knowledge through various job portals
