Customer Service Officer
Main Responsibilities :
- Convey information about products and services to customers/ prospective customers
- Managing the opening of securities accounts of prospective customers
- Handling questions & complaints from customers/ prospective customers
Qualifications :
- Graduated from a Reputable University (Bachelor degree)
- Preferably for those who have SK WPPE OJK or have passed the WPPE Exam
- Good understanding related to the Capital Market
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skill
- Intermediate experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Placed in Yogyakarta
