Bilingual Secretary
Role & Responsibilities :
- Arrangement of Directorate’s meeting agenda and activities
- Drafting letters, emails and reports in multiple languages
- Archives and mail administration/documtation
- Support for additional activities (arrange travel and accommodation for business trips, etc)
Key Requirements :
- Educational background minimum Diploma Degree from reputable national or international university, major in secretary, Communication, Administration and other related education.
- Has at least 3 years of work experience in the field of bilingual secretary
- Fluent in English speaking and good correspondence in English
- Good communication for internal and external relation
- Has big interested in administration stuff (detail and conscientious persons)
