Management Trainee (MT) Production
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Food Technology (GPA minimum 3.00)
- Proven ability in manage tearm production operation also troubleshooting minor machine
- Perform Breakdown analysis, production planning, and also cost
- Knowledge about lean manufacture, such as 5S
- Understanding of HACPP, ISO, FSMS, and Halal Assurance System
- Proven experience on target achievement, based on quality and quantitative standard
- Experience in Continual Improvement tools and methodology such as Lean Manufacture, Six -Sigma tools, 55
- Culture, Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, Data Analysis Manufacturing, and other methodology.
- Excellent in Ms. Office
- Strong analytical with good judgment and a sense of urgency
- Management and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellence communication, interpersonal skill, fast response and self discipline.
Willing to be placed in Semarang or other city.
