1. Talent Acquisition 

Job Descriptions :

• Formulating strategies and itemizing recruitment activities
• Ensure end to end recruitment process
• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
• Analyze employment data related to the position and make it visible to the user needs
• Brainstorming, and create a content for branding purpose

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degrees with any related field
• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition (end to end recruitment process and talent management)
• Familiar with social media and job portal
• Familiar with employer/employe branding are preferable

2. Program and Market Research SPV

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Monitor sales performance (revenue, tonase, STT) Mitra POS seluruh Indonesia
• Membuat new program initiative (Perencanaan, Pembiayaan, Implementasi, Pengawasan/Monitoring, dan Evaluasi)
• Melakukan analisis tren performance POS untuk menghasilkan insight baru
• Melakukan market research terkini pada bisnis ekspedisi yang terfokus pada keagenan, seperti program on-going kompetitor, tren sales, produk, dan services
• Evaluasi dan analisis program berjalan untuk menentukan langkah selanjutnya berdasarkan market research
• Manage team performance

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal S1
• Berusia 25 – 30 tahun
• Berpengalaman 2 – 5 tahun di bidang Channel/Market Development

3. Partnership and Initiative SPV

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Support Mitra POS Development terkait kebutuhan partnership (Vendor, Bisnis, Journey, dan Implementasi)
• Monitoring efektivitas partnership melalui evaluasi berkala (vendor, implementasi)
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap performance partnership (Sales, jumlah pos, dan penetrasi program partnership)
• Memberikan inisiatif baru terkait perkembangan partnership yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan bisnis keagenan Lion Parcel
• Memastikan penyelesaian kendala operasional partnership POS, baik dari sisi POS ataupun pihak ketiga
• Monitor team performance

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal S1
• Berusia 25 s/d 30 tahun
• Berpengalaman di bidang Partnership antara 2 s/d 5 tahun
