- Manage regular communication with farmers, farmers group and cooperative (Kelompok Usaha Bersama)
- Provide technical assistance to coffee farmers in coffee production and quality aspect
- Running green coffee direct procurement operation (Green Coffee Procurement from Farmers)
- Ensuring green coffee delivery meet with required quality level.
- Establish corrective measures with Factory team for any quality issues
- Conduct market intelligence to provide information in coffee crop, social issue.
- Communicate and campaign sustainability agriculture initiative and develop co-operation with coffee community (Coffee
- Growers, Farmers Organizations, Research Centers, NGOs, etc.)
- Manage education and demonstration farms for endorse good agriculture practices
- Collaborate with other partners to improve access to support farmers
- Provide material to BU team for communication propose
- Provide information on coffee farmers issue

- Experience in coffee agricultural practices
- Strong analytical and social mapping
- Well-developed communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Advanced understanding of coffee supply chain and Quality Aspect
- Knowledge to establish and develop 4C (common code for coffee community) Unit to comply with 4C Codes.
2. First Line Manager
A day in the life of…
- Supervises and controls different steps of processing according to instructions, production planning and standard procedures.
- Monitors use of manpower, materials and product quality standards.
- Authorize to release and reject raw material and semi-finished products.
- Optimization to capacity utilization, monitoring and controlling the maintenance schedule
What will make you successful
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industry, Mechanical or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Bahasa both verbal and written
- Having at least 3 years working experience in related field / position
- Having good communication, negotiation, leadership, interpersonal, mechanical/ electrical, analytical, and problem solving.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specialized in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
- Able to work in team and individually
- Willing to be place in Karawang Factory
- Ready to work in all shift schedule
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
3. Consumer Activation Executive, All Across Indonesia
A day in the life of…
- Provide regional input and translate sampling and consumer activation plan into smooth execution and implementation
- Ensure high standard Kitchen Operation at all times in accordance to Hygiene Operational Guideline, Food Safety and Quality and Nestlé Good Manufacturing Procedure
- Ensure good warehousing and stock control management – from free goods, aging products and POP material on a nationwide scale
- Review and explore new consumer activation opportunities in the Region for all Nestle brands with good identification of target audience, event type, cost, timing and brand exposure opportunity
- Ensure accuracy and reporting of sampling and consumer activation performance in each respective Region
What will make you successful
- A bachelor degree holder (S1) from any major
- Have minimum four years of experience as Marketing Promotion Executive, Event Management Executive, Consumer Activation
- Executive, Area Sales Executive or other relevant roles prefarably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods company
- Adventurous; willing to be assigned anywhere across Indonesia
- Have strong people management and event management background
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Self-driven, creative and pro-active
4. Accounting Senior Executive
A day in the life of…
- Responsible for the preparation & finalizing of company’s statutory Financial Statements as per Indonesia Accounting Standards (Local GAAP) & coordinating with the external auditors during their audits
- Manage General Ledger closing activities that all types of transactions close as per scheduled agreed
- Make sure that no any long outstanding/unreconciled items without supporting documents and explanation
- Review the correctness of the accounting entries of all special accounting standards such as hedge accounting, employee benefit, and differed tax
- Performing as IFRS16 Lease Market SPOC, Fixed Asset and perform Dynamic Forecast
- Advise the business on the practical application of accounting standards, and develop an internal consultancy relationship with the business and key stakeholders
What will make you successful
- At least a bachelor degree holder (S1) from accounting
- Passionate in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry
- At least having 3 years of working experience in the related field especially in FMCG Company or Big 4 Public Accountant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal, communication, leadership and pleasant personalities
- Strong technical and analytical skills in local accounting standards and reporting requirements
- Having experience to implement new idea/system improvement
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting standards (IFRS, PSAK) or passionate to Financial Accounting
- Initiative and problem-solving capabilities
- Good working knowledge of SAP financial modules and SAP/BW
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work in team and individual
