1. Management Development Program (MDP)

Requirements :

• Female/Male
• Maximum age 28 years old
• Minimum D4/S1 in all majors
• Minimum GPA 2.8
• Activelly involved in extracurricular activities/Leader Position
• Preferably having 1 year experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
• Willing to be placed in our branches (Jadetabek/Nationwide)
• Willing to work shifts (Including night shift)
• Willing to undergo the program for 1 year

2. Internal Audit Staff

Requirements :

• A minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in internal auditor
• Detail-oriented & eager to learn new things
• Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & organize in work

3. GA Staff

Requirements :

• Pria, usia maksimal 28 tahun
• Sarjana dari segala jurusan
• Bisa mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
• Bersedia bekerja shift (termasuk shift malam)
• Bersedia bekerja di bawah tekanan

4. PABX/Electronic Technician

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik

5. IT Helpdesk

Kualifikasi :

• Pria, usia maksimal 26 tahun
• Freshgraduate atau berpengalaman 1 tahun
• Pendidikan S1, diutamakan jurusan Sistem Informasi, Manajemen Informasi, Teknik Informatika
• Mengetahui Query SQL, Dasar network LAN/WiFi, VB

6. Sales Corporate

Requirements :

• Maximum age 28 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in all majors
• Excellent communication and able to work in a team
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply/less than 1 year experience
• Able to communicate English at least passive

7. Customer Service

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for fleet reservation service activities and customer complaints, especially by telephone

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree any discipline (especially from Management/Accounting)
• Maximum age 28 years old
• Have experience as Customer Services/Call Center/Customer Relation at least minimum 6 months
• Willing to work shifts
• Having good skills abilities and good personality
• Domicile in Jadetabek

8. Admin Staff

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree any discipline (especially from Management/Accounting)
• Maximum age 28 years old
• Have experience in Finance/Accounting/Administration at least min 6 months
• Having good skills abilities and good personality
• Excellent in Microsoft Office

9. Security

Requirements :

• Pria, usia maksimal 28 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat
• Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai Security atau Pengaman
• Bersedia bekerja shift
• Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang Blue Bird Group
• Tidak bertato dan bertindik
