Secretary/Personal Assistant

Job Description

  1. Handled full spectrum of secretarial duties, administrative support & report to President Director.
  2. Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation as needed
  3. Liaise with all internal and external contacts
  4. Plan, arrange and coordinate in all aspect for company meetings and events
  5. Prepare meeting agenda and take minutes
  6. Work closely with Directors to ensure availability of information and materials for meetings
  7. Attend meetings when required, create reports and submit them to the directors

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. Or at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in administrative – Secretarial or equivalent.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Good Communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and verbal
  6. Highly organized and creative, Able to multitask and work under time limitations
  7. Good Interpersonal skills
  8. Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
