Secretary/Personal Assistant
Job Description
- Handled full spectrum of secretarial duties, administrative support & report to President Director.
- Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation as needed
- Liaise with all internal and external contacts
- Plan, arrange and coordinate in all aspect for company meetings and events
- Prepare meeting agenda and take minutes
- Work closely with Directors to ensure availability of information and materials for meetings
- Attend meetings when required, create reports and submit them to the directors
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Or at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in administrative – Secretarial or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and verbal
- Highly organized and creative, Able to multitask and work under time limitations
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
