Customer Service (Contract-based)

Job Descriptions:

  1. Handle customer inquiries from sellers and buyers through call
  2. Manage and resolve customer related issues and escalations
  3. Document call center processes and FAQs, and work on continuous process improvement
  4. Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
  5. Analyze customer experience reports and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives

Requirements:

  1. Min. Diploma degree from any major
  2. Min. 6 months experience as Call Center
  3. Strong communication skills
  4. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  5. Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  6. Driven and motivated
  7. Willing to work in shift and has big interest working in e-commerce company
  8. Willing to work in contract based for 3 months
  9. Able to join immediately
