- Having experience in hot kichen/ cold kitchen and knowledge of authentic Western Food (1)
- Understand the calculation of COGS/HPP of the resulting product (1)
- Managing and Leading F&B Service team (2)
- Have good analytical thinking, leadership & communication skills (1,2,3)
- Have wide insight, innobative, creative, integrity & discipline (1,2,3)
- Ready to work under pressure with dynamic work (1,2,3)
- Fluent English (2)
- Willing to be placed in Bandung (1,2,3)
