Customer Operations – Workforce Management

Job Descriptions :

  • Provide daily AMB (Agent Management Bucketization) report to make as real-time as possible.
  • Provide weekly AMB progress.
  • Provide calculates Batch AMB performance both Inhouse & BPO.
  • Provide Batch Performance History to review the target periodically.
  • Build Dashboard View.
  • Handle dispute flow/issues.
  • Provide agent exit tracker for low performance consecutively and follow up the consequences management.
  • Provide agent incentive winner and processing to payroll team.
  • Based in Solo

Requirements :

  • Minimum D3 from All Majors.
  • Advance in Excel or Google Sheet Formula is a must.
  • Experience managing big data.
  • Demonstrate experience in handling Agent’s KPI such as Productivity, QA, First Contact Resolutions, Zero Tolerance Policy, etc.
  • Adaptable at managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has good reasoning ability, analytical skills, and sound judgment
  • Tactful, flexible, and people-oriented.
  • Able to develop VBA Excel Macro, Phyton & Dashboard Tools will be an advantage.
