Job Descriptions :

• Probing New phone number for uncontactable user/Main Family via data provided and skip trace through social media and phone verification
• Negotiation & creativity to get many contactable phone number for the user and Main Family
• Verify contactable phone number
• Bridging to understand user’s struggles to repay
• Educate user or provide solutions for them
• Collect from users [to get PTP]

Requirements :

• Maximum Age 27 years
• Preferably experience in Skip Tracing in Fintech Company
• Minimum D3 from All major
• Good Attitude, Integrity, and Target Oriented Achievement
• Best Practice in Social Media and Communication Via Telephone
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Shift Time
