Job Descriptions :
- Project-based role focusing on strategy, end-to-end management, and execution of campaign/ feature initiatives to drive new buyer acquisition and order conversions via campaign/marketing features
- Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation
- Regularly review and analyse key performance metrics to drive new buyer acquisition and order conversions leveraging marketing features
- Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the project plan
- Report business progress with quantitative data regularly
- Support other special projects as requested
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2-5 years working experience in related field
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
- Experience in the e-commerce/ marketing and/or Growth Marketing would be a plus
- Excellent command of English
- Strong project management and execution abilities
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
