Office Area Operations (ShopeeFood)

Job Description:

  • Analyze area operations process flow
  • Provide recommendation and insight to improve operations and business operations side (Area based)
  • Maintain & manage station needs
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly reporting (Area based)
  • Support management to maintain office team performance and productivity


  • Minimum 2 years experience handling area productivity in ride hailing/logistics company are preferable
  • Excellent in data & analytical skills
  • Excellent in presentation
  • Has basic understanding of warehouse management
  • Posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in written and spoken English
  • Able to make decisions or provide solid recommendations – based on data & analytical thinking
  • Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environments
  • Experienced in performing Ms. Excel, Ms. Power point, Ms. Word, and other systems/tools to help implementation and tracking
  • Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Surabaya, Solo, or Semarang
