Customer Experience – Mystery Shopper
- Simulate front-end buyer experience including: browsing and searching product, checkout & payment, return & refund/cancellation.
- Assess the buyer’s journey and come up with practical recommendations.
- Take part in Customer Experience projects.
- Coordinate with regional team and other stakeholders.
- Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university (preferably in psychology).
- Fresh graduate (max. 1 year of working experience).
- Possess good logic & problem solving skills.
- Have great interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both Bahasa and English.
