1. Performance Engineer
Job responsibilities
Responsible to Power plant performance related work, operation efficiency analyze work, Emergency reporting and recovery system, Development start/stop management work, Fuel/ limestone/ sand management, shift operator management tasks (include coal/ash/heavy equipment/Mobile operator), coordination with power trading staff.
- To apply the safety rules and procedures in Company in accordance with the quality management in the Company to support the safety and smooth operation of Power Plant.
- To monitor and guide all required activities for Performance management task work
- To manage Electricity trading and power supply related work and plant start/stop management work for Power Plant operation.
- To make report, work order, and record the usage of the material(fuel, limestone, sand) in conducting the work to support the
- continuity of operational and maintenance of Power Plant.
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related position from Power Plant, preferably from Coal Fired Power Plant
- Good knowledge of power trading agreement
- Good communication skill
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
2. Maintenance I&C Supervisor
Job responsibilities
Supervise the Power Plant Maintenance on I&C equipment in accordance with the company plan to support the achievement of the company target with the implementation of the working procedure.
- Make a plan for manpower, material, spare part, and time schedule of daily routine and weekly maintenance activities to support the continuity of Power Plant Operation.
- Coordinate the maintenance Department in accordance with I&C scope to ensure the maintenance target are achieved.
- Review procedures and work instructions, work plans, obstacles, and other potential hazards that found when work is done to improve the quality of work that is done to improve the quality of work that is effective, efficient, and safe.
- Review and provide recommendations on material and spare parts requirements to improve the performance/reliability / accuracy of instrument and control equipment.
- Analyze, coordinate and report the troubleshooting for complex problems of instrument and control equipment, so that problem solving is carried out precisely and quickly.
- Complete the instrument and control system maintenance data on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to make integrated maintenance of instrument and control activities.
- Conduct the toolbox meeting with the technician for review maintenance activities, pending jobs, safety issues, material use, tools, and spare parts is done in a timely manner.
- Ensure the I&C Maintenance plan, budget, SOP, MI and HIRA are well understand by Technician to minimize the potential danger and the damage/loss.
- Conduct inspection, monitoring and revalidation for Permit-To-Work on I&C maintenance activities to ensure all required working documents and action is done in accordance with applicable company procedure.
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as I&C Maintenance Supervisor position in the power plant industry
- Good Communication and Leadership Skill
- Broad experience and proven skills in coal-fired power plant operation & maintenance will be an advantage.
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
3. Unit Controller
Job responsibilities
Responsible to control, monitoring, and operate the power plant operational (Boiler, Turbine, BOP, and auxiliary plant) in order to reach the target and run smoothly and safe.
- To control and monitor the DCS operator in power plant operational (boiler, turbine, BOP, and auxiliary power plant) by DCS control based on approved procedure to reach the production target following health and safety principles.
- To provide the directions of monitoring and technical actions to operational machine to DCS Operator Unit 1 and 2 and Field
- Operator based on DCS observation result to monitor panel as well as analyze the abnormality to get the decision which will be doing and also to coordinate with Shift Supervisor to have follow up action in a timely manner.
- To monitor and coordinate all the activities which required for Start-Up and Shut Down of the Power Plant equipment to support the continuity of Power Plant operations.
- To identify the dangerous potential during the operational Power Plant process and conduct the action based on settled up procedures as well as to report abnormality in the report to be evaluated and followed up accurately and timely manner.
- To respond and control the emergency situation, emergency response such as fire and oil leaks to ensure the worker’s safety, plant, and environment.
- To report the condition, disturbance findings, and the latest update about power plant operations to DCS Officer in Charge in shift in Operator Daily Report in shift / daily log sheets which has been defined for continuity Power Plant operations.
- To coordinate with Maintenance Dept to follow up maintenance requirements findings to support the continuity of Power Plant operations.
Job requirement

4. Mechanic
Job responsibilities
Responsible for completing work within the scope of operations, maintenance and repairing to ensure the operations run smoothly.
- Monitoring the work on the field and operate the unit pump
- Give briefing at the beginning of each shift
- Monitoring the availability of Junior Mechanic crew and Excavator Operators
- Ensure that all team working responsibilities in the pump unit are allocated in accordance with OSH planning
- Making progress report of maintenance and repairing activities
- Ensure operational, maintenance and repairing activities carried out in accordance with SOP
Job requirement
- Minimum Senior High School, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as Mechanic for Heavy Equipment
- Broad experience and proven skills in pump industry will be advantage
- Good communication skill
- Willing to be located in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
