  • Proven experience in User Interface & User Design / Experience design Led or related field
  • Strong communication & negotiation skill
  • Strong understanding on digital omni-channel
  • Good analytical especially on consumer behavior ( persona)
  • Experience with common analytical processes such as digital analytics, market analytics, market research and sales reporting 
  • Experience with testing and conversion rate optimization tools, such as Optimizely is preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Articulate with the ability to translate finding into a narrative for a broad audience
  • Detail oriented but able to see the big picture


  • University degree in Business/ Marketing/Communication/Technology or related field
  • Proven previous work experience in Web, eCommerce, eBusiness, digital marketing in a cross functional environment
  • Solid ability to work with Digital Asset Management , Content Management System and Google solutions
  • Deep Knowledge on UI /UX 
  • Deep knowledge of consumer respective culture and behaviors 
  • Well organized and highly structured individual, with ability to give attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Order Management Systems, eCommerce, Email marketing, analytics reports of online sales
  • Solid experience with catalogue management, PIM (i.e., to localize product/ service catalogue) and custom pricing
  • Strong grasp of modern eCommerce technology landscape
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media
  • Understanding of internal control processes, governance, finance and tax 
  • Business acumen and strong knowledge of market culture, online customers behavior, online and data trends
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment
  • Understanding of trade marketing desired


  • University degree in Statistics/Technology/Business or related field
  • Proven experience in Market Research, Web/ Digital/ Social Media Analysis, Data Management or related field
  • Strong qualitative analytical skills
  • Proven expertise in social media analytic (e.g., benchmarking, hypothesis A/B testing) and reporting/ data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) 
  • Experience in using social media listening tool in particular Sprinklr.
  • Articulate with the ability to translate data into a narrative for a broad audience
  • Detail oriented but able to see the big picture


  • Proven experience in Market Research, Data Management, Social Science or related field
  • Experience in digital advertising, ad operations and audience segmentation
  • Solid experience in data management, platform operations and data acquisition
  • Proficiency in DMP and good knowledge of DSP
  • Highly analytical, structured, logical and data-driven thinking with a demonstrated ability to drive decision making
  • Business acumen and understanding of stakeholders and consumers needs
  • Ability to synthesize information quickly and manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity 
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills


  • University degree in Marketing domain, communication and/or additional certificates, degrees or experience in innovative digital areas
  • Overall 7+ years of experience in media agency / media specialist of which min 3 years should be on digital
  • Strong Digital Media Planning, Buying & Negotiation Skills 
  • Experience in engaging with different business stakeholders and influencing people 
  • Have a good interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent in English, both written and verbal
  • Good Social interpersonal skills
  • A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence 
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have a good project management skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with digital buying skills 
  • Should have knowledge on DMP, DSP, SSP, programmatic along with all digital measurement tools
  • Strong consumer and media research and/or analytics skill
  • Planning and budget skills are an asset, out of the box creative thinking passion
