T-Hub Service and Scheduling Specialist
A day in the life of…
- Offer reschedule support from providers and service specialist team members upon their request
- Coordinate with Order to Cash and Sales to obtain delivery appointment reschedules as necessity dictates
- Ensure On Time Delivery to our Customers
- Ensure Minimum waiting time at our Customers to avoid non value adding costs
- Coordinate with different stakeholders like customers and Transport Lead
What will make you successful
- At least a bachelor degree holder (S1) from any major
- Passionate in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry
- Have 2 years of working experience within transportation planning/execution environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-driven and pro-active
- Highly curious and eager to learn
- Experienced in handling stakeholders
