T-Hub Service and Scheduling Specialist

A day in the life of…

  1. Offer reschedule support from providers and service specialist team members upon their request
  2. Coordinate with Order to Cash and Sales to obtain delivery appointment reschedules as necessity dictates
  3. Ensure On Time Delivery to our Customers
  4. Ensure Minimum waiting time at our Customers to avoid non value adding costs
  5. Coordinate with different stakeholders like customers and Transport Lead

What will make you successful

  1. At least a bachelor degree holder (S1) from any major
  2. Passionate in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry
  3. Have 2 years of working experience within transportation planning/execution environments
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  5. Self-driven and pro-active
  6. Highly curious and eager to learn
  7. Experienced in handling stakeholders
