1. Product Management – Quality Assurance (ShopeePay)

Job Description:

  • Getting involved in the whole software development life cycle: product requirement and design document review; creation of test plan, case design & review, and case execution; bug analysis and tracking.
  • Performing functional testing for web and mobile applications using a black-box/grey-box or positive/negative testing methodology.
  • Maintaining the testing environment and existing testing tools.
  • Continuous optimization of development and testing processes.
  • Risk management in the development life cycle to ensure quality and efficient delivery of tasks.
  • Continuous improvement of testing techniques and methods to enhance test quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Good logical and structural thinking.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented.
  • Good sense for quality, teamwork, and innovation.
  • Able to work independently or with limited assistance.

2. Operations – Customer Operations Workforce Management

Job Description:

  • Create plan for all call center scheduling, including shifting schedule and any other meetings
  • Calculating required agents on duty for operational division in each shift based on current and previous calls volume
  • Monitoring incoming calls traffic and ensuring efficient distribution based on staff’s availability

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma degree
  • Strong in data analytics and has good Ms. Excel skills
  • Good team player, has positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Driven and motivated
  • Previous relevant experience is a plus

3. Marketing – Campaign Operations

Job Description:

  • Conceptualize, develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams and departments
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
  • Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance
  • Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
  • Background in communications/marketing is a plus
  • Experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management would be a plus
  • Excellent command of English
  • High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
  • Strong project management and execution abilities
  • Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment

4. People, Legal and Finance – Finance Accounting (Sunter)

Job Descriptions:

  • Willing to be placed in Sunter Warehouse, North Jakarta
  • Willing to travel to other cities
  • Ensure complete and timely communication and data flow between warehouse, accounting, and finance team on warehousing and inventory related matters.
  • Involve in the monthly financial close process by ensuring all warehouse related transaction and costs are properly and completely recorded and reported.
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Interacts at all levels and with Warehouse budget owners or other stakeholders to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end close and all management reporting and statutory reporting.
  • Responsible accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and has ultimate authority over classification and booking of all transactions
  • Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and establishes the proper techniques to discover and prevent errors/fraud.
  • Ensure all the monthly management accounts with all its supporting schedules (mainly all the balance sheets accounts) are prepared in a timely and accurate manners.

Requirements:

  • If you are experience in retail, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals industry, you must have minimum 2-3 years experience in handling inventory & retail transaction
  • Experience in big 4 acounting firm is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience with Warehousing and Inventory processes (inbound, returns, outbound, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word and advanced on MS Excel
  • Fluent & effective communication in English is a must.
