JOB DESCRIPTION :

Have an understanding of hosting/conducting virtual events
Self-starter and fast learner, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a busy team; proactive approach with a resourceful aptitude
Proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to work autonomously to deadlines, take initiative and keep calm under pressure

What you’ll be doing here:

Supporting the Employee Engagement team with various projects, including employee engagement campaigns, HR initiative launches and key events (some manual labor may be needed)
Assisting with the management of our social media presence by designing, curating and scheduling daily content on various platforms (Instagram, Linkedin)
Helping host and plan virtual events
Acting as a photographer and videographer at internal/external HR/Corporate events.
Liaising with internal/external stakeholders at various levels on a regular basis
Contributing to ad-hoc projects as necessary
