Head of Customer Service
Job Description
- Employ people, processes, and technology to transform the customer service team to a highly evolved customer service center
- Planning and implementing call center strategies and operations, improving systems and processes and managing staff
- Provides end-to-end leadership of the Customer Service function from hiring, and improvement of key performance indicators, call center management, and post-call customer satisfaction surveys
- Establish comprehensive reports to support the team in the achievement of key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University, majoring in Computer/Economic Studies.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic customer experience leadership
- Fluent in English, strong communication, adaptable and detailed person
- Demonstrates ability to plan and organize projects including schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
- Experience in collecting and presenting statistical data and also converting into reports
- Ability to prioritize competing demands
- Experience providing excellent customer service and solving complaints
