 Head of Customer Service

Job Description

  1. Employ people, processes, and technology to transform the customer service team to a highly evolved customer service center
  2. Planning and implementing call center strategies and operations, improving systems and processes and managing staff
  3. Provides end-to-end leadership of the Customer Service function from hiring, and improvement of key performance indicators, call center management, and post-call customer satisfaction surveys
  4. Establish comprehensive reports to support the team in the achievement of key performance indicators


  1. Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University, majoring in Computer/Economic Studies.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic customer experience leadership
  3. Fluent in English, strong communication, adaptable and detailed person
  4. Demonstrates ability to plan and organize projects including schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
  5. Experience in collecting and presenting statistical data and also converting into reports
  6. Ability to prioritize competing demands
  7. Experience providing excellent customer service and solving complaints
  8. Placement: Jakarta
