Accounting Assistant Manager
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for creating monthly reports (Financial, NMC, COGS)
- Supervise subordinate to manage work activities including daily general ledger, month-end closing and financial reporting, tax computation, audit preparation, and budget forecasting
- Improve systems, policies, and procedures on an on-going basis and ensure proper implementation
- correspond with management executives and the controller about finance and accounting issues to provide responses, suggestions and advisories
- monitor and analyze department work to develop efficient and cost-effective procedures
- Establish close relationship with the team staff
- Work with various internal parties to facilitates process efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting/finance of FMCG company
- Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting
- Advanced skills on MS. Office, accounting softwares, and database
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
