1. Promo Lead
- Support regional sales target by implementing and monitoring promotion and communication activities within respective regional sales areas.
- Provide input and feedback of local ATL content customization (include media mix spending, managing 3rd parties & additional agencies).
- Develop and execute local BTL campaign, including managing 3rd parties & agencies.
- Manage PoP distribution placement starting from planning, placement to monitoring and reporting.
- Budget control and report of local A&P and actual costs.
- Monitor and analysis market competition and competitor activities.
- Evaluate, analyze and provide feedback to programs executed.
- S1 in marketing / communication with 1-2 years experience in related area.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of telecommunication industry.
- Skills in project management and computer program.
- Customer oriented, result oriented (initiative, innovatiove, managing performance).
- Communication (oral/written, persuasive, motivational, team building interpersonal, influencing, collaborative).

2. CVM Analytics Reporting
- Computer Studies, Statistics, Mathematics, or Telco Engineering Degree
- Min. 2 year relevant experience in Commercial / marketing analytics / customer lifetime value management
- 2yrs+ in Telco CVM analytics. Proficient skill in SQL query.
